White River Fan Con wants to bring a diverse range of guests to our event from across all fandoms! From anime to comics, from podcasting to books, from cosplay to movies and TV, and so much more! If you are a professional or expert in any area of pop culture fandom, feel free to apply to be a guest at our convention.
Using this application does not guarantee an invitation as a guest at our event. We will reply to EVERY application, approved or not. If approved, You will be OUR guest, no charge or membership to you. If You are approved and wish to sell as a Vendor, You will have to also complete the Vendors application. We will keep this form active year-round and continue to pull from these applications to build out our guest lists in the future.
