If You wish to be a vendor at White River Fan Con, please complete the application below. Filling out this form does NOT guarantee space. We will review the applications and select vendors from this list.
Approved vendors will be allowed to load in on Friday, March 7th, 2025 and open at 5 PM Friday night for a special VIP event. Sponsors and VIP ticket purchasers will have an exclusive opportunity to experience the convention on Friday March 7th, until 10:00 PM. Vendors will be able to open for this event.
Our Vendor’s Room has set hours (Saturday, March 8th, 2025 TBA, Sunday, March 8th, 2025, TBA) and is secured when closed. You may purchase a maximum of three tables in our Vendor’s room. The maximum height for free standing displays is eight feet.
